This Privacy Policy describes how Rundo / Giulio Soro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Run/Do mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the Run/Do website (the "Site"). By using the App or Site you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo URL. We store this information in our Firebase Authentication system to identify your account.

2.2 Timer Data

Timers you create are stored locally on your device. If you choose to share a timer with the community, its content (name, segments, settings) is uploaded to our Cloud Firestore database and Firebase Storage.

2.3 Analytics & Crash Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymised usage statistics and crash reports. This data helps us improve the App and does not personally identify you.

2.4 Advertising Data

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device information, and IP address to serve personalised or non-personalised ads. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and Site

• Authenticate your identity and secure your account

• Enable timer sharing and community features

• Display advertisements via Google AdMob

• Analyse App usage and diagnose crashes

• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

5. Ad Personalisation & Your Choices

Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier to show personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising:

• On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or via App Tracking Transparency prompts.

• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

Even if you opt out, you will still see ads — they will be non-personalised.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Timer data you share publicly remains available until you delete it. Analytics and crash data is retained in aggregated form and automatically purged per Firebase's default retention schedules.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Google (Firebase, AdMob) as described in Section 4

• Law enforcement if required by law

• A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at levelupherotraining@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption, Firebase security rules) to protect your data. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at levelupherotraining@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
